Remember
The O-L-D HCHS (we knew it as the junior high, which burned down in
1965)? I found some links to old photos - check these out!
All
students and staff, 1930. I remember finding pieces of textbooks and
science lab equipment in the area about where the photographer is
standing after it burned down.
We
all used to joke about 'wish that ol' school would just burn down',
until it actually happened. Then we got to experience Sarah Scott.
Not
too bad, that - I ended up teaching there for 13 years, band director.
